We are Jade Chan (Singapore) and Christian Hammer Juhl (Denmark), two graduates from Design Academy Eindhoven who found each other in a shared interest to rethink and react upon the objects that comprise our surroundings.
Our work focuses on understanding how the objects around us can reflect and influence the way we live, think and behave. From responsive objects that questions the static state of our living environment within the technological age, to compressible furniture that accommodates the lifestyle of the new nomadic human.
By simplifying complex issues from sustainability to surveillance into familiar objects and forms our works seek to allow individuals the possibility to understand and engage with bigger issues through the things that surround us in our everyday life.
Please feel free to contact us, we would love to hear from you !
